Hi! My name is Shubhangi. I am an internationally certified nutritionist with certifications from Stanford, University of Newcastle- Australia, LMU- Germany, Wageningen Research University- Netherlands and more, along with a Bachelors in Science from the University of Delhi.

I work with just Indian women and specialize in conditions like PCOS to help them cut their struggle around "diet" so they fix their lifestyle once and for all.

Thus, achieving a health goal becomes practical, easy and enjoyable.

I never recommend any supplements, pills, expensive foods or things you don't like to eat.

Only the foods you and your family are used in the plan.
